Exchange Only for Faulty Products
If you receive a faulty or defective product, you may request an exchange. Please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product with photos and a detailed description of the issue. -
Exchange Process
After verification, we will arrange for the replacement product to be shipped at no extra cost. The faulty product must be returned to us in its original packaging. -
Non-Exchangable Items
