Return and Exchange Policy

  1. No Returns Accepted
    We do not accept returns for products purchased on mayerpk.com.

  2. Exchange Only for Faulty Products
    If you receive a faulty or defective product, you may request an exchange. Please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product with photos and a detailed description of the issue.

  3. Exchange Process
    After verification, we will arrange for the replacement product to be shipped at no extra cost. The faulty product must be returned to us in its original packaging.

  4. Non-Exchangable Items
    Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for exchange.
